Beet Horseradish

Ingredients for Beet Horseradish

1 lb Redbeets, boiled

1 t Salt

2 oz Horseradish, fresh

1/2 c Water

2 T Vinegar

1 ds Pepper

1 t Sugar

Cooking Instructions for Beet Horseradish

Grate beets and horseradish. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over grated beets and horseradish. Mix thoroughly. Store in jar in refrigerator.
