APPLESAUCE COOKIES

Ingredients for APPLESAUCE COOKIES

1 cup applesauce, unsweetened

1 cup sugar 1/2 c butter and lard

1 each egg

2 cup flour

1 cup raisins, chopped

1 cup nut meats

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cloves

4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions for APPLESAUCE COOKIES

Combine ingredients. THEN drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookiesheets. Bake in 375 F. oven till done.
